I received a faulty tube and the seller offered to send me out a new set, free of charge, right away. I am very happy with my wand. It works great. It goes up to a very high strength. I’ve only used it a few times and I’m seeing a slight decrease in my break outs already. I can’t wait to continue using it! Review: Faulty - didnt switch on - Followed all the instructions and troubleshooting guide and the device just never switched on. Having to return for a refund which is very frustrating. UPDATE. I'm happy to be able to answer your question! The main difference is the gas inside the glass tube is different. The purple is argon. The orange one is neon. The difference between argon and neon is as follows: Argon gas: has good anti-inflammatory effect, reduces and regulates sebum secretion, inhibits bacterial growth, and effectively treats acne and so on. Neon gas: reduce the loss of skin collagen, keep the skin young/promote metabolism, can achieve rejuvenation and firming effect. But they have the same effect, both can make your skin look more perfect! I hope the above answer helps you! Wish you have a wonderful mood! Best Wishes! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Happy with my Order *by L***A on 19 November 2023* I’m so happy I bought my high frequency wand from this seller.
