I bought two pair of the 6.5 inch. I also purchased accessories from other companies: wire harness connectors and mounting brackets specifc for my vehicle. 2003 Jeep Liberty no infinity amp. I did not use the grills but they are attractive.

**Q: Does this fit 2003 dodge ram?**
A: They're speakers they fit wherever you put put them.  This isn't some plug and play kinda thing

**Q: Are these speakers weather proof?**
A: I believe they are just weather resistant

**Q: What would you compare the sound quality to? Polk memphis jbl ?**
A: Those are better than these and have larger magnets. These are good but not audiophile level by any means. My kickers handle more power and sound more robust IMHO.

**Q: Do they play well using an aftermarket stereo?**
A: Yes I had them on an aftermarket Pioneer radio and they sounded awesome.
