Mine is the ceramic coated one, I think you can get non ceramic ones which are cheaper. **Q: Can you cook pizzas on this ? If so can you fit a large pizza on it** A: You can't get a whole large pizza in it but if you cut it into 3 you can get each individual piece in. It doesn't take long but don't have the gas too high or the base will burn. It's meant that we've been able to make cinnamon swirls, heat up Indian snacks, do nachos. It's really good quality, feels very sturdy.
