It's sweet and slightly vanilla-ish, but otherwise doesn't have a lot of flavor (which is the point). Very little aftertaste and doesn't leave your mouth feeling coated in a film. **Q: Are those gluten free?** A: It does not say on the box. I would recommend to contact the GU company directly. **Q: Is this one box of 24 packets?** A: Yes. **Q: Any tennis players use this product?
