When I was in hospital, they used disposable nets, so that is what I bought when I cam home. However, I am not a slim person and even the XXL size were too small for me and kept slipping down. My district nurse suggested I consider the re-usable washable fix pants, so I searched on desertcart and found these. Firstly, I could see a massive improvement in quality. The mesh is much finer on these than the disposable kind. They also have legs built in, which helps to create a good fit. The waist has some depth and stretches very well to fit me perfectly. I am so pleased with the high level of comfort and the fact that they accommodate my very large slip pads without problem. Wearing these with my pads makes me feel secure and safe in the knowledge that no matter when or where an accident occurs, it will be contained until I can get to the bathroom to change. I also love the fact that they are washable. The washing machine, and even the tumble dryer do not shrink or alter their stretchability at all. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs fix pants and cannot fault them in any way. Worth at least 6 stars, but I must settle for giving them five.
