**Q: Can you cut them ?**
A: You can gently cut them around if you want to reduce the size.
If you want to split into smaller pieces, you'll have smaller pieces. 
Unfortunately they will never be round.

**Q: Do they grow ?**
A: Yes they do grow but very slowly

**Q: I have not received any instructions with my Marimo moss, so do not know what to do before putting into fish tank, I have cold water and tropical, can**
A: Hi
They are fine for cold water and tropical. Just rinse them off under water and put in your tank.

**Q: What is the packaging like? Is there a wee leaflet explaining them? As sending as a gift**
A: The ones I purchased were sent in a clear plastic envelope with a small sticker with some basic instructions on water changing and care. It was not much but it did the job, my marimo moss balls are still doing well. I have sent these as a gift before and included my own note on what they were etc. and included gravel, glass container and a decorative shell. Hope that helps.
