It would work intermittently, randomly failing to respond to touch, the app, or Alexa voice commands. Over time, the problem got worse until it eventually stopped working altogether.Resetting, reconnecting to WiFi, and reconfiguring the app made no difference. Having to troubleshoot a wall switch constantly defeats the whole purpose of “smart” home automation.
