Its compact design and easy installation make it the go-to solution for professionals seeking reliable, long-lasting door control. ## Description Simple operation and high reliability The D&D Living Kick&Fix door stopper is of high quality and designed for many years of use. While standard solutions lose the rubber pad after a few months or the spring no longer transmits the necessary force to the ground, Kick&Fix still retains power from day one. A short step from above on the spring pedal bolts and your self-closing door is fixed to the desired position. Now you have your hands free to load your beverage boxes or ventilate the cellar compartment. To detach the door holder, simply tap the release with the foot. Maximum ground support. Measurements with an accurate crane scale have shown that the Kick&Fix door lock holds the door position 4 times more firmly than standard solutions. The tensile strength was 18.8 kg. The tensile strength for alternative products was between 3.5 kg and 7.9 kg. Three easy assembly steps For assembly, you will need: 1 x cordless screwdriver, 1 x 4 mm metal drill, 1 x cross bit, a little adhesive tape (tesa film). Stick the drilling template with a little tape inside the door. The eye measurement should be sufficient to stick the stencil approximately vertically. The distance from the stencil to the floor should be at least 55-85 mm maximum. Make sure that the side distance on the door leaf is large enough that the door can be closed easily after assembly. With the 4 mm drill bit, pre-drill the three marked holes (through the stencil in the door). Remove the stencil and gently screw the door lock device with the cordless screwdriver, starting with the screw on top. ## Features - HANDS STAY FREE: Thanks to the simple foot control, your door can be easily locked. So you have your hands free for heavy boxes or bulky boxes. - MAXIMUM GRIP ON THE FLOOR: The extra strong steel spring presses the rubber pad firmly on the floor. This ensures maximum hold, even with exterior doors with self-closing (up to 16.6 kg of pull force). - FLEXIBLE POSITIONING: The foot lock with a 60mm stroke allows you to fix and release your door in any position with the foot. The door stopper can keep heavy doors fully open or just a little. - Durable and robust: the robust chrome-plated aluminium housing on the outside, the galvanised steel on the inside and a durable spring ensure a particularly durable operation - indoors and outdoors. - COMPACT DESIGN & EASY ASSEMBLY: With dimensions of 225x35x35mm, the stainless steel open stand has a slim design. Instructions with a drilling template and three screws are included. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07MFVTTDC | | ASIN | B07MFVTTDC | | Best Sellers Rank | #174,241 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #1,480 in Door Stops | | Brand Name | D&D Living | | Color | silver | | Country of Publication | China | | Country of origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (1,629) | | Customer reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (1,629) | | Date First Available | 18 July 2019 | | Finish Types | Polished | | Is Discontinued By Manufacturer | No | | Item Dimensions L x W x Thickness | 22.4L x 3.5W x 3.5Th centimeters | | Item Weight | 0.5 Kilograms | | Item model number | KF60 | | Manufacturer | D&D Living | | Manufacturer | D&D Living | | Manufacturer Part Number | KF60 | | Material Type | Aluminum Alloy Steel | | Model Number | KF60 | | Mount Type | Floor Mount | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 22.5 x 3.5 x 3.5 cm; 500 g | | Product Style | Durable | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** D&D Living - **Colour:** silver - **Material:** Aluminum Alloy Steel - **Mounting type:** Floor Mount - **Style:** Durable ## Images ![D&D Living Door Stop Kick&Fix Door Block with Foot Control | Particularly Robust | Maximum Hold | Flexible Door Stopper - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71J0zKUTzKL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Kickdown Door Stop - Heavy Duty Door Stopper with Kick Down Step - Foot Operated Door Holder for Outdoor and Commercial Use - Gotega Door Stopper, 2 Packs Kickdown Door Stop with One Touch Adjustable Height and Rubber Tip 4 Inches, Heavy Duty Door Stops, Door Holder, Bottom of Door - Pacific Doorware Heavy Duty Spring Loaded Step Down Push On Door Holder/Stopper (Aluminum) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/504531781-d-and-d-living-door-stop-kick-and-fix-door](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/504531781-d-and-d-living-door-stop-kick-and-fix-door) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
