Review: Great product - I tried this product out because I was looking for a boost to to my nutrition. I got tired of the commercial chewable/pill vitamins that seem to have holes in their vitamin/nutrition or were incredibly expensive. I have been using this product for about 2 months. Its a very sheer powder - it mixes easily in water with a fork. The taste is easy to adjust to; it tastes like sweet wheatgrass. It's not very gritty and it feels like it absorbs pretty quickly. I have extra energy and focus on the days I take it and it has helped curb sugar cravings. As someone who had the bariatric surgery, I'm pleased to have found something that helps me maintain my daily nutrition needs without added sugar or extra carbs while being reasonably priced. I also appreciate that it's not a pill or a chewable product - it is easy for my body to absorb.

I mix mine with abt 8oz of ocean spray orange mango and shoot it. The ancient nutrition plus vitamins has a great positive effect on my life. Enhances mood and energy without jitters like caffeine. If you try it with water, good luck. It taste like if you licked seaweed that was soaked in pond water....maybe that is why it works so good. Don't be a sissy, just buck up and chug it. If you stick with it, you will see a difference. I only noticed when I quit taking it. I was lethargic, bloated, and less mentally clear. I only can vouch for the ones with vitamins.
