**Q: Is this the only twinnings tea that contains chicory ? I used to drink one but don’t know if this is it , pls help !**
A: Just skimmed through the Twinings Superblend web page that lists all the ingredients and it would appear that this is ndeed the only blend with chicory root at the current time,

A: I find having two cups, in the hour before bed, works for me.

A: You wouldn't want to put milk in it. These are amazing in taste, and really affective. No black tea contained.

Don’t like herbal tea as a rule,never seem to taste nice,but also can’t stand not being able to go to sleep at night either.Not a fan of the gang over you get day after from sleeping pills,so had nothing to lose but £2 if didn’t work.Delighted to say not my most favourite drink in the world but was quite nice and seemed the more I drank it the more pleasant the taste got!I preferred drinking it when it wasn’t at its hottest,approximately 10minutes after I made it😅drank a cup of this about 60 minutes before lights out,read my book as usual and found myself nodding off after 20 minutes.Slept like a log!Suffice to say will definitely be purchasing again and likely to be part of my night time routine forever more👏🏻
