Review: It works! - My 2 year old son s been diagnosed with partial hearring loss. His nose was constantly running and the amount of sleepless nights and cries i had from him since birth.... i can not describe. However i ve purchased this, as my sister's suggestion. ( this medicine comes from europe-i am from europe but living in the uk) . I have ordered the product and a week later i went back on desertcart to order a new bottle to have it for when we finish the first one, to notice the price doubled up. I ve almost cried, as money are tight. Sadly i ve had to have it sent from europe ( at the price of £4 , which is a massive difference) , but it does the trick. We re on our second bottle now, no runny nose and he seems so much more happier. His sleep improved and i hardly hear him crying. We re due for another check up for his ears in a month. I strongly believe this syrup helped and helps my little boy.

**Q: when is the expiration date?**
A: I purchased our last bottle last summer (2013), and it has a best if used by date of 02/2015.

**Q: What's maltitol use for?**
A: From Wiki....Maltitol is a sugar alcohol (a polyol) used as a sugar substitute. It has 75–90% of the sweetness of sucrose (table sugar) and nearly identical properties, except for browning. It is used to replace table sugar because it is half as caloric, does not promote tooth decay, and has a somewhat lesser effect on blood glucose.

If I use it regularly my son never seems to be ill and it does help to unblock the sinus passages when already blocked. Using this we usually get away without antibiotics. Would highly recommend
