I take two right (double the normal dosage) before a meal and it helps keep me regular.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Poop!

I've tried many probiotics for IBS and most of them don't work. Some will help to an extent, but eventually they stop working or they'll produce intense gas and inevitably lead to diarrhea again. These, however, have been the first that I've noticed a difference right away. I'm not sure if it's because the microbes are more diverse and abundant from other ones I've tried, but they have helped a lot at preventing diarrhea. For the first time in years, I haven't had a bout with diarrhea for weeks. Having normal bowels is so foreign to me, I'm still on edge that things are going to go downhill lol I plan on taking these forever.
