Review: Good resistance - Bought to use for bench pressing. Comes in a solid box. I was really surprised with the feel and weight. Feels strong and solid. The bar screws together really easy and again feels solid. In a bench press position you don't get the feel of holding a weighted bar BUT when you press up you definitely feel the strong resistance and feel the pump. Best resistance bands that I have ever used. So far a good 5/5

The chest press, bent over row / normal row & chest fly's are great, you can really feel the tension work. Though if you want to do bicep curls, lateral rises etc, you need extra bands. I just bought another basic set off desertcart as the Innstar ones are too expensive for what they are. The back brace and barbell however is brilliant quality.

**Q: What resistance do I should chose?**
A: We have 4 different colors bench press band,their max resistances are 80LB,105LB,150LB and 200LB. each color have 3 adjustable levels.you can choose according to your daily training.

**Q: If the resistance is too high, too low and want to try other resistance,what can I do?**
A: Our bench press band are easily removeable.you can just order some replaceable bands in our store.then enjoy more different resistance,don't need to order other color device.

**Q: Why I feel that the resistance is not enough,easier than barbell?**
A: Our Bench Press band is different from barbell.when you push up,the resistance is gradually increasing from zero.due to length limit of arm,the resistance might not be up to max.so It's easier than barbell.

**Q: Is the device safe and what if the bands snap within a short period of use?**
A: Our bench press band is covered with cloth,it's safe.we don't recommend overstretching it.and we provide free bands replacement if they snap in short time.

Bought to use for bench pressing. Comes in a solid box. I was really surprised with the feel and weight. Feels strong and solid. The bar screws together really easy and again feels solid. In a bench press position you don't get the feel of holding a weighted bar BUT when you press up you definitely feel the strong resistance and feel the pump. Best resistance bands that I have ever used. So far a good 5/5

Got this to supplement my work out at home. It's a great bit of kit!! The chest press, bent over row / normal row & chest fly's are great, you can really feel the tension work. The back brace and barbell however is brilliant quality.

Well thought out, but very weak elastics. After not very frequent use, three elastics broke and now the device is unusable.
