The Tesla pedals are just metal slabs with no nuts. I like these alot more than the popular other one on Amazon. The other one cut the crap out of my hands. These are easier to get on and have a different look which I vibe. **Q: do the screws loosen and these feel loose after while?** A: I have not been using them long but they feel solid. It a snug fit, so think they will not loosen even if the screws fall out, which I don’t think they will **Q: difficult to get the stock rubber pads off? These look like they will be easy to get on. I just didn't want to be stuck if I can't get the new ones on** A: The trick is to first spray windex all over the metal brake pad and the rubber accelerator pad. Then try sliding them in. Real Steel! *by W***U on April 28, 2024* All my other Tesla friends were ordering those $15 or so rubber performance pedals. When I saw these online I was like hot d@mn! These look like the racing pedals I have in my Honda. The reviews were all stellar and positive and the brand name Spigen carries it weight in gold from the positive comments I have heard in the Tesla community. So I ordered these. Spot on the best! I get so many compliments on just the picture of these installed alone. My neighbor bought the cheap ones. He spent over an hour trying to force them on. These Spigen ones went on in minutes. My neighbor was so jealous of the simple install and the quality and build of these Spigen pedals. They are real steel material! The fit was perfect. The secret is spray a little WD40 in each rubber groove and they go on like nothing! Hardest part for me in the install was taking the old Tesla brake cover off. The screws on the accelerator are a little tricky so go in tightening them at an angle to avoid stripping the screw heads. That is all.
