After much deliberation I decided to go for the Snooper My-Speed XL. Price was a factor although the Snooper 4Zero Elite BT looks to be a more technical device and offers more configurable functionality. However, I’m very pleased with the Snooper My-Speed XL, the software download took no time at all and was very easy to setup. The unit works as designed, the audible bleep when warning you of the different road speeds is a good feature. It did pick up a mobile zone for me yesterday potentially saving me had I been over the limit on the A38. as the porcus mobilius van was on a flyover bridge. Audible alarm is loud and continuous to the point of annoying and hard to ignore which is how I need it to be.
