SPECIFICATIONS Review: Great price and shaaaaaarp - I’m not a cook or a butcher but using the same knife for raw and cooked meat, that’s not a fantastic idea, so I purchased a couple of these, red handles and all, for use on raw meats, they are a bit large for home use and a bit “industrial” but hey, that’s what they are made for, as for sharpness, they are pretty darn sharp, can cut a chicken in half without much effort at all, pork no problem, pork rind, easy, but I use the steak knife variation of these knives for that. For the money, I would buy these all day, have 3 now, try one if you aren’t sure, just be conscious of the size and be careful, they are very sharp, for me at least as an average home user.
