They aren't bad. The packaging says to only eat a few a day for the health benefit. It is impossible to tell exactly how effective they are. I like the idea of natural supplemental superfoods, but the effect can seem very subjective. I think the cost per effective serving is very reasonable, so, if there is a chance that these help reduce the risk of various illnesses, then I think it's worth it. Doesn't seem like "snake oil" to me.
