It only took about 45 minutes. Once assembled the unit seems very solid. Everything works as it should. It heats very quickly. The Bluetooth speakers and the red light therapy is a nice touch. It was delivered early and that was appreciated. The seller sent us a message on instructions and what to expect. And what to do if the shipping had any issues. Shipping was great. No damage. Polite person that delivered it. It was packed well. My husband put it together in 45 minutes. So far all is great. Works well. It heats up fast. Does not have all the bells and whistles but it does have Bluetooth that works great. For 25 minutes a day it’s perfect especially for the price. On a side note. Area is smaller than what we imagined. I put a suction holder on the window and it holds all I need in there. And because of the size it fits nicely in our bedroom. The floor gets very hot. You can shut that off and use the foot sauna that comes with or put a small towel down to keep off the heaters directly.
