I like the fit, the design and the value seems OK. I have given five stars, as it is exactly as described, and the sizing is totally accurate. I would, however, like to make the point to potential customers that it is very lightweight, more than you might imagine; the material is unexpectedly shiny and the dark blue is muted by grey/green, which I think is less smart. I'm not saying it's a plastic mac, but it is closer to one than I expected. That said, it does appear to be breathable, it will certainly stop wind but I don't think it could possibly be described as providing "warmth". It's ability in rain will be tested in the summer showers, and I'll look to update...

I bought this for cycling, it is brilliant. Completely wind proof and warm. i bought a mans size as I have a long back and it fits perfectly for me. It is comfortable and seems to have a bit of insulation. I love the colour as will be seen for miles. love the back pocket for my phone and having side pockets as well is an added extra in my book. I am thinking i might buy in another colour, will definitely buy again. My only comment would be there is no loop to hang up which I sorted by adding a bit of string through the label.

Sitting here writing this review whilst wearing the gilet I must say that first impressions are very positive. I didn't want a snug fit but wasn't sure which size to order for a 39 inch chest so opted for Medium. It is just right. Well made and comfortable. The neck is higher than I would have preferred but that is not a surprise as I have a short neck and generally have this issue. Collar folds down so that won't be a problem. My only concern is whether the pocket linings will stand up to having items like phones or cameras or gps put into the pockets. If they do (and nothing else goes wrong), then I will raise my report to 5 star.
