The Soundskins can be washed by hand, please note that washing in the cover will not survive the washing machine! **Q: Is the cover good for outdoor use?** A: No. For indoor use only. Will not offer protection from rain. **Q: It does distort the sound coming out of the subwoofer. The air makes the fabric act like a string and the distortion is pronounced. How to fix it?** A: Hi! That should not happen. I do expect the fabric to loosen up a bit more and the sound would disappear ## Frequently Bought Together - Soundskins Cover for Sonos Sub – Accessories & Subwoofer Cover – 3D-Knitted Acoustic Speaker Cover for Sonos – Charcoal Black - Soundskins - Charcoal Black Speaker Cover | Compatible with Sonos Playbar | Modern and Durable Soundbar Fabric Protector --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/498057076-custom-fit-cover-for-sonos-sub-3d-knitted-acoustic-speaker](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/498057076-custom-fit-cover-for-sonos-sub-3d-knitted-acoustic-speaker) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
