## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this unit mute itself after 30 minutes while on a call? I had purchased the M1 and it did this.**
A: My unit stops working after 30 minutes ... like another comment... I would like a solution to this.  It occurs during a company televideo conference and it turns off at 30 minutes.  There are no pauses or lack of voice and noise to have it think it should turn off.  We do have the speaker turned off since we use ceiling speakers that have been set up for the meetings in our conference room.  PLease advise.  Thank you

**Q: is it possible to connect two of these together? let's say it' a large conference with participants on far ends?**
A: Our updating M220 achieved daisy chain function and increased volume. It could be used both in cascaded or standalone which is perfectly designed for the customers who require more than one M2s. M220 is able to meet conference needs of up to 16 people and greatly expand the effectively meeting space!

**Q: How does M220 differs from Jabra speakerphone 810?**
A: Both M220 and Jabra 810 are suitable for meetings of about 15 attendees, but M220 is able to be used in cascaded or standalone, which is more flexible and could be easily carried out in both small or large meeting space.
