I've used it for almost 2 months and haven't had any malfunctions. It came with an extra battery which I haven't needed yet, but I always appreciate when products include battery replacements. I love that it saves the temps from previous days and will upload any/all of the ones I may have missed when I pair it with my PreMom app. Sometimes it takes an extra few seconds to sync up but just let it do it's thing and it'll take you to the complete BBT list when it's done. It is good to note that you can use this orally (which i usually do) but you can also use it vaginally if you feel that it is more accurate for you. Just please make sure you clean it well if you plan to use it both ways 😬 When using this thermometer consistency is going to be important so you get the most accurate readings for your BBT chart. 1. Take temp around the same time every day BEFORE you get out of bed or anything else (don't talk, don't drink anything, and before you take any medications) This is to ensure a true baseline temp for your body. I take ADHD meds daily which raises my normal body temp and BP, so I will not take them until after I get my BBT. 2. It's weird, but I've noticed a temp difference if I'm completely under my blanket VS partially, so I make sure I'm fully covered before taking my temp (but that's just what works best for me lol).
