**Q: This is the 5% not 4% formula?**
A: Ordered the 3-pack. Arrived as 4% not 5% formula. Also, did not say "Professional" Formula on the bottles. (Sold by Amazon - delivered by Amazon).

**Q: Is the professional biofreeze stronger than the regular pain relief?**
A: I find a big difference with the professional biofreeze.  I used the regular but found it not to be as effective as the professional strength.  I take the roll on when on vacation and use the gel cream when I am at home if needed.  I would not go back to the regular strength.

**Q: Does this contain lidocane?**
A: I am not aware that it contains lidocane.

**Q: Is this FSA approved?**
A: NO
