Review: Worked good for about 6 months and Customer Service is out of this world! - I purchased this about 6 months prior and it started to warp over time (I used it a lot). I reached out to customer service to see if there's something I can do about the warping. They replied immediately and sent me a different heat mat to try. I am in awe of the way they want to make things right. In this day and age, customer service is almost not a thing anymore....well not at Istoyo. They're awesome! I have used several of their other products and have had no problems. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Make sure to put it on a surface that can withstand heat, or place it on a towel or something. Other than that, super happy with the quality. ## Frequently Bought Together - ISTOYO Resin Heating Mat, Resin Molds Heating Pad, Resin Curing Machine, Epoxy Resin Dryer with Time Adjustment Function for Epoxy Molds, Resin Supplies, Silicone Molds - ISTOYO 2 Pack UV Light for Resin, Large Size Dual Wavelength UV Resin Light and Portable UV Lamp for Resin Curing, UV Resin Kit, Resin Supplies for UV Resin, Jewelry Making, DIY Craft - ISTOYO Mica Powder for Epoxy Resin, 30 Color Cosmetic Grade Mica Powder, Pigment Powder, Resin Supplies for Lip Gloss, Resin Molds, Soap Making Supplies, Nail Polish, Resin Kit, Bath Bomb --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/496963032-istoyo-resin-heating-mat-resin-molds-fast-curing-pad-cover](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/496963032-istoyo-resin-heating-mat-resin-molds-fast-curing-pad-cover) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
