Just push the other one out with your fingers, don't use tools, you may break the fitting use a cloth between your fingers and the fitting if the plastic digs in and hurts your fingers. Push the other one in, lift it up and slide it over the hook, pull it to the back of the hook, then push the top down and and it will clip into place, once you've done it you will realise there was nothing to it after all. Should be the same for Citroen C1 and Toyota Aygo of the same era. 4 stars as there were no instructions for changing to the other supplied fitting or how to mount it on the wiper arm with the other fitting. Smooth and quiet action so far but I've only just fit the blade, will be back to update this review if I feel performance degrades too quickly.
