I found a quick look at youtube was invaluable - there are a couple of manufacturer demo's plus a load of project fitting videos. I'd certainly recommend this frame - can't beat it for the money. Review: Faultless in operation - Everything included in the kit is of high quality and when installed it worked perfectly without any problems. The instructions however are difficult to understand, being in the form of idograms. A little head stratching was required. The wall plate if of good quality, however I would have preferred it with smaller buttons and a little more discrete. As this was being boxed in with access restricted afterwards I am glad I bought this quality item. The benefit of Grohe concealed cistern is that it can be serviced through the push button flush plate by simply removing plate. After a month a trickle of water began constantly flowing from cistern into toilet pan. Apparently the internal flush tube had a piece of grit lodged which was not letting it close properly( a common problem with toilets). I removed flush plate twisted the internal flush tube, and lifted it up. This released all cistern water - which took the piece of grit with it. I put the flush tube back as it was.
