## Questions & Answers

**Q: how can the crushed ice coming out**
A: The top chrome part is pulled away by hand to the bottom part to get to the crushed ice. You then need to reattach to crush more ice.

**Q: does it make snow?**
A: No it just breaks ice into smaller pieces but can't get them that small to make snow.

Loved this ice machine looks lovely on any home bar , crushed ice with a few turns of the handle

The handle is plastic so it feels quite fragile. i’m sure it will break soon - but for now it’s still ok. Don’t use it much so might last.

Overall for the price of the item I was disappointed ,it came with 2 small dents on the chromed lid but it's still working and as it's only for my home use and kept away in a cupboard most of its life I'll live with that.
