Review: How to fix it - What you have to do it the ladder mine would not stay flat either it’s a hard plastic ring inside what I did I stretched it out in a vice pulled hard until the plastic broke inside then it will unravel that is how it will be flat now you can still fold it up might have a piece of plastic rod come out but you can push it back in wrap some tape on it

Works as advertised. My only complaint is the material vs price point. For the price I expected the material to be a lot sturdier feeling and long lasting. Other wise the fact that this goes in a circular motion was nice.
