## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the rollator also suitable for tall people?**
A: Yes the rollator is also suitable for tall people. Because of the adjustable handles with a maximum height of 37.4 inches the walker is suitable for people with a height of up to 6.6 feet.

**Q: i want to walk in backyard so i am wondering how well this rolls on grass?**
A: Dear customer,
the rollator comes with 8 inch PVC wheels, which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. If the grass is not too long and the ground is relatively firm, the rollator will roll well on such a surface.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the bag/pouch in the front of the rollator? Trying to figure out if it can hold a portable oxygen tank.**
A: Dear customer,
when mounted on the rollator (as seen in the photos) the bag has the following dimensions:
Width: 16"
Height: 11"
Depth: 6"

The bag can also be enlarged with a zipper at the bottom and then serves as a transport bag for the rollator. But then it can no longer be attached to the intended hooks on the rollator.

**Q: Is it hard to pull the break? If my mom's hands aren't strong.**
A: I did not find pulling up on the break lever to be hard at all, also setting the break with the downward motion was just as easy!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lightness
*by C***T on October 13, 2022*

The walker arrived very quickly which was very good since I needed it quickly. My son put it together for me, but I heard no complaints from him about assembly. It's wonderful to be able to fold it up and get it in the back of the car without it taking up the whole cargo area. I also didn't realize that the back legs folded up until my son showed it to me. Now for the few downsides. Although the description did say that it weighed about 18 1/2 lbs, it's still very heavy for me as 75 year old woman to lift into the car. On my first solo, I got very frustrated trying to fold it up. Later my son figured out that the attached cargo bag was the problem. It won't fully fold up if that bag is attached. Lastly although the back legs do fold up, it was hard for me to get the pins lined up into the holes when I went to unfold them when I was in a parking lot. I do like it, and my main reason for buying it was the space saving feature in addition to being so much easier to collapse for transport. It meets my needs.
