## Description

Twin Peaks Jalapeno Cheddar Protein Puffs offer a crisp, savory snack seasoned with cheddar and jalapeno. Each one-cup serving provides 21 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates, and 120 calories. The low carbohydrate count can fit into low-carb and keto-style eating plans, while the protein makes these puffs a convenient option between meals, after activity, or whenever you want a savory snack. Made with milk protein isolate and whey solids, the puffed bites are seasoned with jalapeno pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic, onion, and spices. They are free of gluten, soy, and potato ingredients, and contain milk. Enjoy them straight from the container at home, portion them for a snack on the go, or add a crunchy touch to salads and soups. The 10.6-ounce container holds 10 servings, making it convenient to keep in the pantry for everyday snacking. With a light, crisp texture and savory cheese-and-pepper flavor, these protein puffs add variety to snack breaks and can be enjoyed on their own or alongside a meal. The combination of protein, measured portions, and a savory seasoning makes this a simple pantry option for snack time.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are they sold anywhere else cheaper? This is so expensive!**
A: Can’t seem to find this size for cheaper. But for a snack it’s a great value. It’s a huge tub.

And LoL @ the person who answered the question and said get 2 lbs of cheese instead.

28g cheese = 110 calories with only 6g of protein!
30g of this snack is 130 WITH 20g protein!!!!

Why would he even make that comparison?

**Q: When will ypu make a sweet or neutral flavor to use in place of breakfast cereal?**
A: Look up magic spoon. High protein cereal.

**Q: Is there some reason you have excluded the nutrition facts? It’s normal to include these - unless you are hiding something?**
A: I can't say why they did not include the nutrition facts, and I agree with you that it is a disservice. However, if you look at the customer pictures section of this page, you'll find someone has uploaded a picture of the nutrition info label.

**Q: How can you stay in ketosis with maltodextrin as an ingredient?**
A: Maltodextrin is used only as a flow agent. There is less than 1 gram per serving.
