Plus it can help in joint pain and seen as I suffer with arthritis, back pain I thought I would give them a go especially with a "Return products for free within 30 days if not completely satisfied" guarantee. I checked the product on amazon and it was pretty clear as what these are meant to do and what they contained, the photos of the product where clear however I did notice the text on the bottle was in German but reading the description helped me to see what it was I was buying and what was actually in the tablets, especially the bullet points as having a green tick box drew you to the main points of the product. These are 60 tablets and taking 1 a day will give you a a generous 2 months supply. I had a look at other products to compare prices and found that they are reasonably price especially if you have prime.When I received the bottle I was expecting it to be in a box with some sort of paperwork in it with information to the product however it wasnt but not a issue however the bottle as already mentioned was all in German which in my opinion being sold within the UK should have some kind of English instructions whether that would put buyers off I dont know as amazon has a clear description if the item and how many tablets to take.The bottle had a good security seal and on opening it there was a expected "fishy" smell to the tablets with them being a carotenoid. The capsules are small and clear and easy to swallow. I have been taking them now for a few days, I cant comment on any reaction to them as I expect it will take a while before I feel any benefits so will update my review in due course.
