Since starting with it, I’m not eating as much, and I feel quite full. I’m not even snacking or craving sweet things. I have a terrible sweet tooth. This seems to have helped significantly. I have one scoop for breakfast, do my workout and have another scoop. You’re meant to have two scoops together, with the right amount of water, but I prefer to space it out. I don’t need anything else until tea time, and I find I can’t finish what I usually would. This has much fewer calories than others I’ve used, and it’s suitable for vegetarians. That’s important to me, because as a vegetarian, I’ve struggled to find something that tastes good, at the right price, that’s not got animal product in it. I’ve tried the vanilla one, loved it, bought the strawberry one by accident, and actually like it better. It’s very easy to drink, no nasty aftertaste. I’m on my third one.
