On the first few swings, it was very difficult to strike the ball due to the flexible shaft. After about 5 to 10 minutes of practice to you start to learn face control and awareness, the flexible shaft makes you become aware of where the clubhead is in space and the right time to fire the hips. Improper swinging is punished with big slices so you know when you hit a good shot. At half the price of a lag shot.
