I bought the 2 pack by mistake and now I am out growing them, need something stronger** A: Not that I know of. Maybe a different brand. **Q: Why are there no workout videos available?** A: Thank you for your question Barbara, thank you for your suggestion, we will work on producing some workout videos with our bands, and meanwhile you may check these great workout videos with leg resistance bands on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=leg+resistance+bands+workout **Q: I am 5'8 and 208 pounds. What size should I get?** A: I’d get the larger one. The 15”. **Q: Do these pull/pinch leg hair?** A: Hello, The Tribe Lifting hip bands have a grippy silicone thread on the inside to prevent the resistance bands from sliding up and down so there is a chance that the silicone thread can pull on the leg hair when using these leg bands. Please note that you can try them and if these resistance bands don't feel comfortable, you are able to return them and get a full refund within 30 days. Thank you ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what the Physical Therapist ordered *by on Reviewed in the United States 16 August 2026* My physical Therapist recommended these to me to help strengthen my hip muscles. They are well made and seem to be very durable. And they are working!! ### ⭐ Too short *by on Reviewed in Australia 11 November 2024* With limited stretch I find the size to be too short. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good *by on Reviewed in Canada 31 May 2020* I'm a powerlifter and have had these for about 3 months. So far they are great with regular use. I like the width of the bands and the thickness of the fabric (no rolling up). My only concern is longevity of the elastic (because we all know they will wear out eventually) but no complaints at the moment. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tribe Lifting Fabric Resistance Bands for Legs - Workout Bands Resistance Bands for Men and Women - Booty Bands for Working Out - Exercise Bands Resistance Bands Set - Elastic Bands for Exercise - Fabric Resistance Bands for Working Out - Booty Bands for Women and Men - Exercise Bands Resistance Bands Set - Workout Bands Resistance Bands for Legs - Fitness Bands - Pull Up Bands, Resistance Bands, Pull Up Assistance Bands Set for Men & Women, Exercise Workout Bands for Working Out, Body Stretching, Physical Therapy, Muscle Training --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/491790906-tribe-lifting-fabric-resistance-bands-for-legs-workout-bands-resistance](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/491790906-tribe-lifting-fabric-resistance-bands-for-legs-workout-bands-resistance) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
