Review: 2 ounces 8 power ok for backpacking - I bought it for hiking because it is light (2 ounces) and very compact for hiking and backpacking. I think the magnification is 8x; identical to my binoculars. I was worried with all the bad reviews but I think that is just people wanting a $50 telescope for $5. The clarity is not completely terrible; it is blurry on the sides but you can see what you want to see.

It doesn't work at all with my phone it just sucks, I'm seriously thinking of not buying from desertcart if they can't find good companies to purchase from if you give a reason other companies look into their sellers and get rid of the bad ones!!
