A: I would say, months! Once activated they last around 30 minutes… there’s better on the market believe me.

**Q: What is the ml content of the pack? Trying to figure out if I can take in hand luggage under liquid allowance**
A: These cool packs are not liquid until you hit them to break whatever it is inside them.If you’re carrying them in hand luggage they wouldn’t be classed as liquid.Hope this helps.

A: Probably a few years shelf life

**Q: How do I make the pack go cold?**
A: Squeeze the pack until you hear a 'pop' inside the sachet. Don't worry, it needs a fair bit of pressure but is quite safe.
