It is a true joy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good tool *by J***R on 21 March 2026* Very high quality you get what you pay for ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every thing you need for carving on the go. *by C***. on 13 January 2024* Fist off, as with other Flexcut tools I have purchased, it was sharp right out of the package. Starting with the handle. It is rounded so no sharp corners to dig into your hand. The size is comfortable to hold for extended periods. It is also long enough to ensure you have a good grip on the tool. The handle is aluminum so I have no doubt it will be durable. The tools are easy to remove from the handle. All of the tools lock into place once extended which is a must for me since I use my thumb to push the blade while carving most of the time. I mostly carve 1x6 inch and smaller pieces. The blade length will work well for my needs. Now for the nitpicks which are more personal preference than anything else. The straight gouge is a deep gouge. I would prefer it be more shallow but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I would also prefer the v gouge to be straight rather than a right angle scorp. Again not a deal breaker.
