Even the pockets are nice and a useful size for once.My only comment is that I bought XL because I have another Allegra K coat in XL which fits me perfectly. This one is tighter. Maybe the other was made a little bigger than size and maybe this one is on the small end of the size tolerance, but it is definitely tighter fitting. It's lovely over just a dress - especially if sleeveless, but any more layers and it starts getting a bit of a struggle to get on. I haven't measured it but it doesn't feel as big as the size chart.I love the coat and I'm keeping it, but if I buy another colour I will go a size up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warmest ever winter jacket/coat - very stylish *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 January 2024* High quality material, very warm, well made, beautiful style and fit - one of the best ever winter jackets/coats. Perfect for minus degrees temperatures. Dark Green colour is wonderful.Arrived vacuum packed, therefore some creasing, but the creases fell out naturally after hanging the jacket on a hangar for a couple of hours.I am size 12 and ordered an M - too tight across the shoulders. Returned and re-ordered size L - perfect fit. Returns service excellent.Great quality all round - definitely value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice coat with strange pockets *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 April 2023* The coat is lovely, elegant and looks more expensive than its price. The only thing i would change is the pockets: they are too back on the sides, not comfortable at all. They should be aligned more to the front. Otherwise good buy. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/491191297-allegra-k-womens-peter-pan-collar-double-breasted-winter-trench](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/491191297-allegra-k-womens-peter-pan-collar-double-breasted-winter-trench) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
