If it was a few dollars cheaper and if I didn't get a used one I would give it 5 stars but its really a specific use case for most people. I see why it could be a high return item and unfortunately I purchased new but received a package missing some pieces and used. (The person really attempted to put everything back, even unsticking the feet, leaving dirt and dust on the pads) looks like they had an issue tightening the bolts because one had some stripping. Pictures included. Spoke with customer service as well to bring attention to the rise in returns being sold as new.
