Or more of a leave-in-cream?** A: I wash my face with it using a face cloth (I find it gets rid of make-up and excess oil better) and it lathers up quite nicely.I then leave it on my face for a minute and rinse off. I often use a foaming cleanser in the morning too. I use this as a treatment after I've removed my makeup at night & I apply it with a cleansing brush. It's amazing- you definitely don't need any other face washes but I still use mine out of habit & also the smell of the soap when it gets in your hair isn't that pleasant so i tend not to use it in the mornings **Q: How many times a day do you use this soap? Also am I ok to use a witch hazel exfoliating face wash first?** A: I use it once daily with a gentle exfoliating cloth. I personally wouldn’t use any other product besides this for washing my face. It has been the most effective yet gentle cleanser I’ve ever used. My skin can get oily quickly, especially if I shower hot, my skin can dry out afterwards from the heat. This really helps keep it balanced and prevents drying out very well. I don’t need to use anything else.
