Review: Looks fantastic and performs wonderfully. - This is my second Bridge keyboard having bought the first one about 4 years ago direct from Bridge and the USA as they were not available elsewhere at the time. I have used it virtually everyday since and never had any problems with it at all. It has been great, looks fantastic, feels good to work with and fours year on, still working and looking perfect. I have passed the original one on to family member, along with my previous iPad and so bought a direct replacement for my new iPad, without a moment's hesitation. These keyboards are excellent, the look fantastic alongside the tablet, but so often items that look really good and stylish can disappoint in terms of functionality, but not there. The buttons are responsive, the backlighting is great and so easy to adjust and it really does turn the iPad into a mini laptop. In fact that's why I had to upgrade my iPad, I am using it so much with the keyboard that I need to upgrade to get more memory. Truly fit for purpose - expensive, but very well worth it!
Review: Really good product & a response to the question on shims..... - This arrived today and is transforming how I use my iPad. I have the new 2017 9.7 inch iPad. There is a question that relates to shims - the rubber inners that cushion the iPad in the hinge mechanism. One owners commented that the shims that this keyboard come fitted with are the same as the additional ones supplied for the 2017 iPad. This is NOT the case. You do need to change the shims of this iPad - it’s thicker than the iPad PRO 9.7. I followed the advice of the owner who responded in the questions section. I didn’t damage my iPad, thankfully BUT I could see the screen was being held too tightly because I could see the screen was distorted where the front shims touch the glass..... so please change the Shms if you have the 2017 iPad (5th Generation), the thinker shims hold the iPad fine and actually it’s easier to remove and replace your iPad with the correctly fitting shims. Brilliant product - very pleased so far.

This is my second Bridge keyboard having bought the first one about 4 years ago direct from Bridge and the USA as they were not available elsewhere at the time.
