## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this item a pack of 4 tapes?**
A: I have looked back but find my order of these tapes was over six months ago and not recorded. I think the item probably was a four pack although I can't be certain. I have since managed to use them by pulling the tape out manually - much more time consuming and not a satisfactory result - Margaret

**Q: How clear is the tape, please?**
A: The tape is clear and transparent so you can see through it.

**Q: is it refillable?**
A: No unfortunately they are not refillable.

**Q: The product description says 12 tape pens. Is this correct?**
A: It looks like they have got their description wrong, it is one roll of tape that you receive in the holder/dispenser as shown.
