Review: Fantastic Sturdy Skull Molds- Perfect for resin art! - I recently used these silicone skull molds for a resin project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The molds are incredibly sturdy and well-made, which made working with them a breeze. The silicone is thick and durable, so I didn’t have to worry about it warping or tearing during the demolding process, even with multiple uses. One thing I learned while using these molds is that it’s important to tap or gently push resin into the cheekbones and other finer details to ensure a flawless finish. Once I did that, the results were incredible. The final pieces came out with sharp, clean lines and amazing detail, especially in the skull’s facial features. Demolding was super easy, and the resin skulls popped out perfectly without sticking to the mold. I also love that the molds held their shape really well, so I didn’t have to worry about any distortions in the resin. They’re flexible enough to make removing the finished pieces easy but sturdy enough to maintain detail. I also experimented with different resin colors and effects, and these molds worked great with all of them. Whether you’re adding pigments, mica powders, or embedded objects, the mold captures everything beautifully. Overall, I don’t have any cons to mention!
