Review: Bought this looking for that squeaky clean feel but it doesn’t quite give that. Faint medicinal or medicated smell which doesn’t bother me. Will need to use this for longer but I do feel like my scalp becomes slightly less oily using this twice a week.
Review: I got these for a great price. A shampoo with a higher salicylic acid percentage (3%). I use it every now and then to help with pimples on the scalp and for general exfoliation. I shampoo first with my regular shampoo and then apply this one. I then let it sit for however long I feel like, but at least 10 minutes. My scalp feels great after using this shampoo. It has a very thick, gel-like texture. It is nice as it does not slip around a whole lot, making it easier to let it sit on the scalp for a while before rinsing it out. This shampoo is unscented.

**Q: Why is this so expensive? I can buy the same at my local walmart for under $8.00. Wont be buying from amazon.**
A: Neutrogena CLAIMS to have more tested science to their products. I 'think' that is their justification, more R & D in their stuff.

**Q: What’s the difference between this and the t/sal therapeutic shampoo?**
A: There is no difference in ingredients of two shampoos; the only difference is the volume of 12 fl. oz for this shampoo.

**Q: is this as good as the discontinued Extra strength T/Gel shampoo from Neutrogena (brown shampoo)??? I am very wary to switch but have No choice**
A: Sir, I have had SOME success with this. I know what you mean about the brown T gel product. I actually prefer this new one as it is MEDICATED and CLEAR. So, I actually prefer the 'new model' in that perspective. Just sayin'  . . . . .
