If desired, brush section may be soaked in water, toothpaste or other substances recommended by your dentist for better oral health. Get 6 packs for a total of 180 strands!bNO NEED FOR SEPARATE THREADER LOOP β€” ProxySoft's built-in stiff threader conveniently guides the strand to clean dental bridges and implants. Each strand has 2.5-inch plastic threader on each end and a 5-inch spongy filament brush in between (24.50 cm/10 inches total length).FOR CLEANING DENTAL BRIDGES AND IMPLANTS β€” This floss is a special-use, interproximal dental cleaner that features an extra-thick brush section to clean around dental implants and under bridgework. This spongy brush section is thicker compared to other yarn proxy brushes, making it a perfect daily cleaning device for care of moderate to severe gum disease.RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYDAY USE β€” ProxySoft products not only clean dental implants but also work between bridges and promote everyday dental hygiene for braces and other dental orthodontics. This product is beneficial for individuals suffering from periodontitis, gingivitis, gum inflammation and gum recession.TO USE: Carefully insert the stiff threader tip in between teeth, implants, bridgework or braces. Pull out the thread to allow the brush section to sweep out food debris and plaque deposits.TIP FOR BETTER FLOSSING: Instead of pushing and pulling the soft yarn brush thread back and forth, just insert in one side then pull out on the other side in one motion to evacuate debris and bacteria that cause plaque and other tooth and gum diseases. With this method, you avoid pushing back and redistributing unwanted particles. Directions Instructions for use: 1. Cut a length of floss about 18 inches long. 2. Wrap one end of the floss around your middle finger and the other end around your other middle finger, leaving about 2 inches of floss in between. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using your index fingers to control the floss. 4. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, gently moving it up and down against the side of each tooth. 5. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a clean section of floss for each tooth. 6. For bridges and implants, be gentle and avoid snapping or forcing the floss to prevent injury. Safety Warning Do not swallow. Use under adult supervision. The wire goes through the tooth and the thicker part you move over the crown back and forth then pull from the side to extract any debris. Does a clean job. I have an implant bridge with five post and it's difficult to maneuver any other type of floss, even the fuzzy ones from the drug store. This one is fantastic, I have used it for 4 years now. You won't find another one with rigid tips longer than this and they are long on both ends. **Q: Is this thicker than the periodontal?** A: Yes much thicker. I use it under my perm bridge. Works fine. **Q: Is there any mint or other flavoring or scent?** A: I don't have any flavored threaders. I do not know if the manufacturer offers anything like that. **Q: Why is the $15 a box when it's $5 a box elsewhere ? ripoff ? yup.** A: Small precut pieces that work fine. Worth the price. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended by Dentists for Crowns and implants *by L***A on 15 July 2026* Recommended by my dentists for cleaning at the top of a crown deposits.
