**Q: how cold does it go - 16 degrees?**
A: Lowest setting is 18 degrees. However - there is a handy tip if you want to go lower. Once it has 'bottomed out' on temperature (somewhere around 17.5), just switch to dehumidifier mode and it will get down to 16 degrees or even lower.

**Q: For HL are there one or two caps to pull out? No water comes out!**
A: You un-screw the plastic cap, and then there should be a rubber plug pushed into the drain; you need to pull that out also.

**Q: Does the ducting extend from 1.2 m to 1.7 m, and if not, is there extension ducting one can buy?**
A: I have one of these units with which I am very pleased. The ducting only extends approximately 1.2m when fully extended, and you cannot purchase an extension duct for either the Delnghi or any other air conditioning unit.  The exhaust hose that comes with all portable air conditioners has been specifically designed for use with that particular unit. If you try and extend the hose yourself, please be aware of the potential pitfalls of such a project. Extending the length of your exhaust hose can potentially cause problems with back pressure, will make your portable air conditioning unit run less efficiently and may even break it completely.

**Q: Can this device be connected via Wi-Fi or alexa?**
A: Yes. It could be switched on with a smart plug controlled by alexa.
