He has a sort of deep, gruff voice. Buyer beware - I bought both the Big Boo and Turbo blabber toys and both stopped making their noises very quickly. I evened exchanged one for a new one, but it also stopped working very quickly. They end up being just expensive stuffed toys, but my grandson still loves them. **Q: Have these been fixed so they work longer than two weeks? Sounds like once you get the even a changed battery won’t fix. Sound needs to work.** A: We have had ours over one year and they are still working. **Q: Do these come in boxes?** A: They did not when I orders.
