I've been having to wash and dry it every time I go swimming, and the chlorine and constant washing is damaging my hair so I resolved to buy a cap. My hair is almost to my waist and very thick. I saw this and thought I'd try it. I wasn't expecting to be as happy as I was. It's just perfect, I.e., it fits well, is comfortable, doesn't come off, covers all my hair and keeps it quite dry so I don't have to wash it every time. To put it on, I twist my hair into a top knot; I don't secure it with anything, and then put the hat on from the back. It's not hard to put on. I'm very pleased with it and can go swimming more often now that I am not forced to wash and dry my hair every time. Update: After a couple of months it tore as I put it on.
