I got these because I thought it would be nice too have a flexible pan to push out bread loaves. I was not disappointed at all. It's easy to get bread out of these, and they are easy to clean. Great product, easy to use and clean. I use it for baking sourdough loaves and proof them right inside and there is no sticking even without flour. The handles make it easy to grab and pull out of the oven but it is a little bendy on the bottom so you have to put it on something flat or sideways in the oven
