## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will these work with elvie?**
A: Can you tell me how to cut them? At the end or beginning? It’s not sucking properly

**Q: Will this work with the spectra hands free cups?**
A: They did not work with my spectra Cara cups. Had to buy the long inserts instead.

**Q: Will this fit in momcozy hands free breast pump?**
A: It does, but it’s not as tight of a fit as some other brands.

**Q: How can I keep these inserts from backing out of my medela 24mm flanges?**
A: You should be able to push it in enough where it won’t pop out, if that keeps persisting I’d return and get new ones. Mine fit in perfectly.

### ⭐⭐ Runs small

Runs small I size compared with other brands. It damage my nipples due to sizing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A cheap alternative that works!
*by J***R on 29 June 2023*

I’ve been struggling with milk production using a Zomee double pump as well as an Elvie Stride. I realized I needed a smaller size cup but didn’t want to shell out the money for replacement parts for both pumps. I purchased these and they have worked beautifully! Pumping is no longer painful and my milk production has increased.
